First Friday Fishing is guided by Captain Alberto, the heart behind Team Hard Life and Hard Life’s Bait & Tackle in Corpus Christi, Texas. He’s known for teaching practical land-based and surf fishing, empowering anglers of every level while building a welcoming community around education, respect for the water, and ethical fishing.
Through his YouTube channel and social media presence, he shares years of hands-on knowledge—everything from shark fishing techniques to gear rigging—while giving back to veterans, first responders, and families through community events like First Friday Fishing.
